Nikita, Branch Manager, has been with us since 2020, using her interesting view on life to see all situations from all angles. She has vast experience in managing ever changing workloads in her previous learning disability/childcare roles. Nikita works mainly school hours around her young family, Monday to Friday, overseeing us all, to ensure the busy office diary is prioritised keeping maintenance, marketing, inspections, move-in/outs & property/contract compliance in order.

He has years of experience from the print industry having managed deadlines & staff, Mark now balances work & life by working Tuesday to Thursday, looking after maintenance, inspections, property compliance & move outs.

Leon works Monday & Tuesday, plus varied hours the rest of the week to suit the business, looking after marketing & vetting & helping the team with maintenance & move-in/outs.

Jean, Accounts Manager, has been with us since 2018, & is popular as she pays the contractors, tenants & landlords, & most importantly our staff wages. Jean has over 30 years office accounting experience & she balances work & home life by working part time Monday & Wednesday, accurately keeping the accounts balanced, paying landlords & contractors in a timely manner, & issuing regular landlord statements.

Ebony, Contracts Manager, has been with us since 2019, she comes from a large family, has very strong family values. She is currently studying law & has many years of event manager experience. Ebony works mainly school hours around her young family, Monday, Thursday & Fridays, looking after contracts, planned maintenance compliance, & also helping the team in all roles to cover busy periods & holidays.
